FIZZ STICKS
These fizz sticks are excellent ways to keep your energy high, if you’re recovering from a strong coffee addiction. This week, I’ve been swapping my 4pm coffee with the energy sticks and I can confirm that it has reduced my post 4pm coffee cravings and maintained my energy. You can have a read about them here.
Why? These fizz sticks contain naturally derived caffeine from green tea and guarana – meaning there is still caffeine, without drinking an intense coffee.

I loved this hydrating radiance sheet mask (have a look here). It left my skin feeling cool, soft and the surface skin layer was instantly hydrated!
